What it does
- One record that lasts. Material, brand, install date, roofer, permit and warranties, saved to your account instead of one browser.
- A timeline. Storms, inspections, repairs and maintenance, with dates, notes and costs.
- Claims in one place. Carrier, claim number, date of loss, deductible and what was paid.
- Photos. Upload pictures of the roof and the work. They're private to your account.
- Ready for a sale. Send a buyer, agent or inspector a read-only link, then give the new owner a code that moves the whole record to their account.
Already using the roof file? You can bring its download into your Passport after you sign in.
Your privacy
What's stored. Your email address for signing in, and whatever you add: addresses, roof details, events, claims and photos. Records are kept with Supabase, the database service this tool runs on, on servers in the United States. Your browser also keeps your sign-in so you don't have to log in every visit.
Who can see it. Only you, when you're signed in. Each account can read only its own records, and photos sit in a private folder. A share link you create shows a read-only copy, without photos, to anyone who has the link, until it expires or you turn it off. We don't sell your records or pass them to roofers. As with any web service, the people who run this site can reach the database to keep it working.
How to delete it. Sign in and use "Delete my account and data" at the bottom of your Passport. That erases your homes, records, photos, share links and transfer codes right away. Your sign-in, which is just your email address, stays until you ask us to remove it: email hello@coloradoroofguide.com from that address. See also our privacy policy.
