Educational information
Colorado Roof Guide provides general educational information about roofs, roofing, insurance and contracting in Colorado. It isn't legal, insurance, engineering or financial advice, and it doesn't replace an inspection of your roof by a qualified professional. Laws, codes, policies and prices change, and your policy and local rules control.
The Roof Report
The Roof Report summarizes public NOAA storm reports near the center of a ZIP code and typical material lifespans. It can't show whether hail hit your property or whether your roof is damaged, and it isn't evidence for an insurance claim.
Referrals
When you ask for help, we pass your request to an independent roofing contractor. That contractor is solely responsible for its inspection, estimate, work and conduct. We don't guarantee any contractor's work, pricing or availability. We may be compensated for referrals.
Use of the site
You may read, print and share pages for personal use. Don't copy the site's content for commercial use, scrape it, or submit false requests.
